Tom Tran is the Vietnamese American immigrant entrepreneur, visionary, pioneer, founder and president of Nails Of America (NOA) salon chains and Milano Nailspa. Tom migrated to the United States in 1990 and started his first nail salon in 1996 without any prior business experience. His ambition and persistence led him into being a self-made millionaire. He maintained ahead of the competition by evaluating the market trends, implementing new technology, utilizing all social media platform and taking business risks.
Tom has over 70 nail salons and continues to expand nationwide. He is responsible for a total of 2000 employees in his nail chain. His biggest nail salon is a 10,000-square foot-mansion hiring over 150 employees and it is also the biggest nail salon in the US. Tom envisions to transform the nail business to a world-class service. All of Tom’s nail spas are designed and equipped to provide the customer a long-lasting experience.
